Francesca Sileo | Executive Assistant

Francesca Sileo joined LRG Wealth Advisors in 2024 after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Global Commerce from Denison University, where she was also a member of the Women’s Basketball team. As Executive Assistant to LaRue Gibson, Managing Director and Partner, Francesca supports the team through administrative coordination and organizational management.

She is passionate about contributing to a client-focused environment and is eager to continue growing within the financial services industry. Francesca values the inviting and supportive culture at LRG Wealth Advisors and appreciates the opportunity to gain meaningful experience while working alongside a dedicated team.

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, catching up on her favorite TV shows, and appreciating music on her daily commute from Westchester.
